Things to take note for kl & selangor deliveries!
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery times are between 12pm-6pm from Monday until Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Day
Our Joy-Riders will reach out to the recipient prior to their arrival and share their estimated arrival time.
Can't Reach You
In the case where our Joy-Rider is unable to reach out to the recipient, we will return the gift back to our HQ.
Oh noo! We couldn't reach the recipient!
Orders are delivered once. In the case where recipient is unresponsive to our Out-For-Delivery message, we will automatically schedule the next day for delivery.
However, if we have gotten in touch with the recipient but an unsuccessful delivery attempt still occur, there will be an additional charge of RM20 that’ll need to be paid by the sender for a new delivery.
Alternatively, the recipient can choose to pick-up from our partnered store location located on Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts can take place due to recipient not responding upon arrival or has a wait time of above 15 minutes.
