Return and Refund

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty and tip-top as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at knock2@hellojoy.my and we will try our best to assist you.

Replacement of Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered a damage or defect. If 3 days have gone by since you have received your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello Joy.

Food products provided by Hello Joy are produced and packaged by third-party companies, and are generally labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer.
