Incomplete or incorrect recipient details may result in failed deliveries. In such cases, additional delivery fees may be incurred to cover the costs associated with re-delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate and complete recipient information to facilitate successful and timely deliveries.

All orders received are subject to approval by A Mart Superstore Sdn Bhd (the legal entity for Hello Joy). We reserve the right, at our discretion, to reject any order. In case of rejection, we will provide store credit equal to the paid amount.

Customers and recipients have to be 21 years old and above and non-muslim to purchase or receive alcohol related products.

For items found to be defective or incorrect, we facilitate a one-to-one exchange within a period of 14 days from the arrival date of gift.
